Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus bonus
Join our market-leading engineering company in Cambridge as a Quality Inspector and be part of a dynamic team that sets the standard in engineering excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate all manual measuring equipment: As a Quality Inspector, you will expertly use a variety of manual measuring tools to ensure our products meet precise specifications.
* Liaise with the production team leaders: Identify outgoing inspection faults and work closely with production team leaders to resolve any issues promptly.
* Carry out administrative tasks: As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), preparing Corrective Actions Reports, and logging faults to maintain comprehensive records.
* Ensure departmental KPIs are met: Consistently meet Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and Quality departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to uphold our company's high standards.
