Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

* Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

* Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role is preferred.

* Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

* Ability to handle objections and foster positive customer relationships.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.

* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
