About the Role

* Position: ServiceNow Developer/Engineer

* Salary: £57,500 - £72,000

* Location: London-based with hybrid working (2 days in-office)

* Scope: Global position acting as the technical lead and escalation point for ServiceNow, including integrations, automation, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technologies

* Oversee the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow platform.

* Translate business needs into technical solutions, optimising automation and integration.

* Develop, configure, and maintain workflows, integrations, and the Service Portal.

* Act as the technical escalation point for junior staff and mentor their development.

* Ensure adherence to best practices, platform health, and version support.

* Core technologies include:

* ServiceNow Scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions/Policies.

* Service Portal Design: Widget creation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.

* ServiceNow Modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.

* ITIL Framework and experience with Agile Development.

About you?

2+ years experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a ServiceNow Admin Certification with a solid understanding of relational databases.
