What your day will look like

getting the classroom ready for lessons
helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records
supporting teachers in managing class behaviour
supervising group activities
clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
leading reading groups
supporting in the delivery of Phonics schemes within the school
leading intervention groups for lower ability childrenWhat you need to apply:

-        Evidence of working with children through adequate references
-        Passion and drive for supporting children within schools
-        Experience with Primary curriculum
-        Relevant qualifications for example: Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning within schools.
