We are looking receive applications from an experienced General Foreman to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise (CP7). The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route.

Reporting to the Works Manager you will manage projects within the Buildings Portfolio. This will include, station buildings, platform construction upgrades and extension, canopies, footbridges including all types of M&E works.

This role is to cover projects in Kent & Sussex.

About you

Experience working on similar rail civils/station building projects
Proven technical and project management abilities
Strong organisational and management skills
Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
Sufficient experience required in construction.
5 years' experience in delivery of Projects on Network Rail Infrastructure
PTS
CITB SMTS or equivalent
