Savings Administrator

We are working with a finance services company to recruit for a temporary administrator from 12th November until 24th December. 6 weeks.
This role is 32 hours per week over 4 days (8 hours per day) This is based on site in their Tonbridge office.

Key Responsibilities for the Savings Administrator:
- Supporting the team to perform ongoing Due Diligence by completing anti-money laundering checks (AML) for individuals and organisations
- Ensure phone, email and letter communications are answered promptly
- Prepare and submit Suspicions Activity Reports (SARs) to the MLRO when required
- Maintain accurate data within the core systems
- Main point of contact for incoming communications relating to any live AML checks

Key Skills for the Savings Administrator:
- Must have experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Experience with administration
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confident telephone manner

Your must be available to start a new role on 12th November and able to work through until 24th December with no annual leave booked.
