Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) – CAMHS Case Manager

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (MHP), RMN or Social Worker, to join the West Lancs CAMHS team in Skelmersdale. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, supporting young people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a Case Manager, providing support and care coordination for children and adolescents within the CAMHS team.

* Conduct initial assessments (IA) and participate in ward and duty duties as required.

* Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to develop and review care plans and interventions.

* Participate in team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.

Position Details:

* Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancashire

* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

* Contract Duration: ASAP – 31/01/2025

* Rate: £26.00 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (RMN or Social Worker )

* Experience in CAMHS or similar mental health settings

* Strong case management and multi-disciplinary teamwork skills
