Our client a leading company based in Liverpool is urgently looking for a Logistics Assistant. Will be working on site and working within a leading team. Will be setting up new equipment and dealing with stock.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting up new equipment for deployment.

* Correct handing and correct storage of equipment. This will include some manual handling including lifting and moving equipment and stock.

* Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.

* Servicing returned equipment including minor repairs and fault finding.

* Handling of incoming surface mail.

* Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during the course of their work.

* Supporting staff with administration tasks.

* General office duties as directed by senior staff.

* Maintain an awareness and actively comply with the current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards

* Achieve the required standard when examined, following mandatory in house or role specific online training.

Key Competencies:

* Good IT skills including:

* general use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email;

* the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.

* Familiarity with Android based product.

* Good organisational skills.

* Good verbal and written communications skills.

* Well organised and presentable to customers.

* Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face
