Working Foreman

Job Summary

The Working Foreman will oversee and actively participate in the delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe execution. This hands-on role involves leading a team, managing resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead a crew on landscaping projects, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

* Work on both hard landscaping (e.g., paving, walls) and soft landscaping (e.g., planting, turfing).

* Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.

* Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.

* Coordinate resources and maintain project timelines.

* Report daily progress, manage issues, and communicate with the Project Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in hard and soft landscaping.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Proficient with landscaping tools, machinery, and techniques.

* Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings.

* Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety.

* Valid driver’s license; first aid or safety certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

* Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

* Full-time role with possible early starts, weekends, and overtime.
