Electric Vehicle Installer – Build Your Career in Renewables

Join a leading team driving the shift towards low-carbon technology. Your main responsibility will be installing EV charge points in domestic homes, with opportunities to progress into air source heat pump and solar system installations. A solid understanding of EV charge point installation and central heating wiring is essential. Experience with underfloor heating or air source heat pumps is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

* Basic Salary: £42,500 plus company van and fuel card.

* Paid Travel Time: Door-to-door travel with overtime accrued during your commute. Scope to earn an extra £5000 - £10,000 just in daily commute.

* Travel Expenses Covered: All costs for overnight stays taken care of by the company.

About the Role:
You’ll start by installing EV charging points in domestic settings. As you progress, you’ll have the chance to join a team working on designing, installing, and commissioning electrical systems for air source heat pumps and associated controls.

What We’re Looking For:

* Expertise: A qualified domestic electrician with experience in EV charge point installation and central heating wiring.

* Problem-Solving: Confident tackling technical challenges with minimal supervision while upholding high safety standards.

* Customer Focus: Comfortable discussing low-carbon technologies with customers.

* Eager to Learn: Motivated to expand your knowledge and grow within the renewables industry.

Essential Requirements:

* A full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).

* Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.

* Willingness to undergo financial, criminal, and reference checks.
