Key Responsibilities

Sending/receiving enquiries to/from clients, suppliers & specialist sub-contractors

Working with internal design and civil engineering teams to prepare of tender responses & pricing

Attending Mid-tender review meetings with Clients, both virtually and in person

Presentation of tender to Director/Bid Manager for approval prior to submittal

Creating detailed tender submission

Detailed tender handover report to Project Delivery Team

Qualifications

Essential:

Ideally you will have a formal Civil Engineering qualification, or direct experience working on piping, drainage or trenching projects

Experience & Knowledge

Essential:

3+ years’ estimating experience

Experience using estimating software

Abilities & Skills

Essential:

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Proven ability to deliver high quality work within strict time frames

Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team

Be able to work under tight deadline & schedules
