Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to step into a broad, dynamic role within an exciting and fast-growing company? Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers real scope to take ownership, drive process improvements, and support a range of diverse entities within the group.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Take ownership of key financial processes for group entities, including reporting and reconciliations.
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
Assist with the production of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
Oversee fixed asset management, intercompany processes, and capital expenditure tracking.
Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with proven experience in a similar role.
Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel.
Proactive and process-driven, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a focus on delivering results.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
