Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Plus overtime

REClifts is now looking for an NVQ 4 qualified lift Technician to manage a team of Lift service Engineers in London. As a Lift Technician you will have the proven ability to assist both Junior & Qualified Lift Engineers on-site and over the phone.

Lift Technician Role:

As a NVQ 4 qualified Lift Technician offering technical lift engineering knowledge and guidance on site and over the phone to your team of Lift Engineers. The Engineers you will assist are Lift Service Repair Engineers. You will be covering a designated geographical location. As a qualified Lift Technician you will oversee the entire London operation ensuring that all technical fault finding & testing work is carried out efficiently by you and your team of engineers and subcontractors.

Lift Technician Key Responsibilities:

Making improvements to, and offering advice about, lifting operational procedures
Ensuring that lifting equipment works to its specification
Creating and carrying out test procedures for a variety of lifting equipment
Investigating problems, fault diagnosing and repairing faults
Troubleshooting on problematic lifts and completing technical repairs for on-site fault finding.
Supervising lift engineering & all technical staff adhering to health & safety standards
Writing reports and documentation of all work completed accurately and on time
Providing technical support and training to other Lift Engineers
Report to the Management Team at the Regional Office Ideal Lift Technician Candidate:

NVQ 4 - Qualified / Part Qualified
Engineering Electrical/Mechanical qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering a Lift Technician role.
Excellent Leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to follow lift manuals and electrical diagrams, adhering to health and safety requirements
A full driving licence is essentialApply to this position:
