Are you a qualified and experienced English Teacher with QTS looking for an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives? We are thrilled to offer a position for a committed Teacher of English at a respected school in Medway. Starting in January 2025, this role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and dedicated to fostering a love of literature and language in their students.

As a Teacher of English, you will be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team, inspiring students to achieve their full potential while developing key skills in reading, writing, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities as an English Teacher:

· Planning and delivering creative and engaging English lessons that foster critical thinking and a love for literature.

· Tailoring lesson plans to suit diverse learning needs, ensuring every student is challenged and supported.

· Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing detailed and constructive feedback.

· Creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and confidence in English.

· Collaborating with fellow staff members to enhance and deliver a cohesive English curriculum.

· Contributing to extracurricular activities, such as writing clubs or drama productions, to enrich students' learning experiences.

· Supporting students across varying abilities to help them excel in their English studies.

Essential Requirements for the English Teacher Role:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position.

· A degree in English or a closely related field.

· A strong passion for teaching English and a commitment to inspiring students to reach their potential.

· Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

· A proactive, adaptable teaching approach that promotes inclusivity and engagement.
