DCS engineering are currently recruiting a highly experience NDT inspector for one of clients who are a leading provider of high-quality metal fabrication and welding services. The specialise in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions to their customers across various industries. They have a strong focus on developing their staff with potential for advancements in their career within the business.

They need a highly skilled, detail-oriented NDT Level II inspector to support our commitment to quality and safety. The successful candidate will carry out Visual, PFD and X-ray NDT, ensuring our fabricated components meet stringent specification and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform NDT Inspection using techniques such as visual weld inspections, radiographic testing and Dye penetrant testing.
Interpret test results to assess the integrity and quality of welds and fabricated components.
Ensure all inspections comply with relevant industry standard, customer specification and company procedures.
Maintain detailed inspection records and generate comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with the fabrication and welding teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Adhere to safety standing and maintain a clean and organised work environment.Qualifications

Certified to EN4179/NAS410 standards in relevant NDT methods (level II or higher preferred)
Proven experience in NDT inspection within the welding and fabrication industry.
Familiarity with quality standard AS9100.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings sand specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
