Electrician

We are looking for Electrician to start ASAP in Bulwell, Nottingham.

Location: Bulwell, NG6
Contract length: Until April 2025, and a chance of permanent from there
Pay Rate: £19.67 per hour umbrella
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties will include:
• Organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work for the Association’s managed properties, housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
• Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records relating to testing electrical installations etc.
• Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money, identify efficiencies, gaps in service delivery; communicating them to line management. Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.
• Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers
