Classic Car Technician / Mechanic required by Ramsport a Classic and Vintage Car Specialist based in Denbighshire, North Wales paying upto 40k, may consider relocation

Due to expansion. They are looking for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their highly talented team in their Denbighshire workshop.

The successful candidate will be applying their talents to some of the most iconic classic road and rally cars ever built and will be capable of working collaboratively and independently throughout all stages of any given restoration project.

The age and nature of these vehicles demands a technician who is capable of adapting to and overcoming a great deal of unusual and unpredictable obstacles. This is not a role suited to someone who is dependent upon instructions and diagrams. The successful candidate will recognise the importance in the preservation of originality down to the last details and will be well practised in finding creative solutions to restore, rather than replace even the most minor of components. Furthermore; the role requires an individual who can simultaneously prioritise targets of good time-management and high quality results, never compromising on one for the sake of the other.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of going above and beyond the expectations of their colleagues, superiors and customers. A sense of personal pride is essential, and a keen personal interest in both classic cars themselves and the process of conducting restorations.

At ramsport they take immense pride in producing restorations that few can hope to rival and enjoy nothing more than allowing others to appreciate their work. And regularly to display our work at shows and festivals. The successful candidate will be expected to show willingness to support their colleagues at such events on occasion.
