About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Teaching and Learning: Assisting in planning and delivering engaging lessons, leading small group sessions, and supporting pupils' progress.
Delivering Interventions: Implementing targeted programs to support pupils with specific learning needs, including those with SEN.
Monitoring Progress: Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Classroom Management: Taking responsibility for managing classroom activities in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Parental Engagement: Communicating effectively with parents to update them on their child's progress and involving them in their child's learning journey.
Professional Development: Committing to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You: To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications: A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary school setting.
Experience: Proven track record as a teaching assistant, demonstrating strong support for pupils' learning and development.
Passion for Education: Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to their educational success.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic school environment.
