FLT Maintenance Engineer

£33,000 - £37,000 per annum

5am - 1.30pm Monday - Friday

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the manufacturing industry? Look no further than our client's company, based in Henstridge, for the position of FLT Maintenance Engineer

As an FLT Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and efficient functioning of the plant. Your main responsibility will be to provide maintenance support for all plant machinery, including regular preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and repairing machines to the required standards. Your goal will be to minimise downtime and improve reliability of the machinery, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your day-to-day tasks as an FLT Maintenance Engineer will include performing scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery, including tractors, combines, and harvesters. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a range of machinery, ensuring they are functioning to the required standards. Additionally, you will be required to keep written records of all maintenance activities, providing detailed reports on any repairs or replacements made.
