Job Title: Rapid Response Nurse – Band 6/7

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Rapid Response Nurse to join the Barnet Rapid Response team at Finchley Memorial Hospital. This role is open to both Band 6 and Band 7 nurses, with rates of pay depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide rapid response care for patients in the community, delivering urgent nursing interventions to prevent hospital admissions.

*

Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and appropriate care is provided for patients with complex health needs.

*

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage treatment in a high-pressure environment.

Position Details:

* Location: Finchley Memorial Hospital, North London

* Work Pattern: Full-time (various shifts available)

* Rates (dependent on Band):

* Day Rate: £26.50 - £30.00 per hour

* Night/Saturday Rate: £33.33 - £38.00 per hour

* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £38.94 - £42.30 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with experience in a rapid response or similar role

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Experience at either Band 6 or Band 7 level, with strong clinical skills
