As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

馃搶Supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
馃搶Managing junior members of the sales team
馃搶Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
馃搶Networking across various platforms
馃搶Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate :
馃搶Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the graphic design industry
馃搶Excellent leadership and team management skills.
馃搶Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
馃搶Confident speaking to decision makers on the phone

Benefits :

馃搶Monthly commission, with an achievable 拢50,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.
馃搶On sight parking
馃搶Career progression

Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm

This role is fully office based with parking on sight.
