Our well-established client are looking for a TIG Welder to join their team
TIG Welder Role and Responsibilities:
* TIG welding
* Cutting and joining metals
* Welding on Aluminium and occasional Galvanised Steel
* Welding to 1.2 mm – 3.0 mm as standard
* Potential for welding in different positions
* Ensuring you follow safety procedures always
TIG Welder Ideal Candidate:
* Must have aluminium welding experience
* Being able to read engineering drawings
* Strong welding experience
* Experienced using hand tools
* Experienced using measuring equipment
* Able to self-inspect work
* Able to work within a team
* Health & Safety Conscious
TIG Welder Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
* Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
* Two 15 minutes paid breaks
* 30-minute unpaid lunch break
* Tax free bonus scheme
* Potential for company dividends
* The company is an Employee Ownership Trust and is halfway to becoming fully employee owned
