What You'll Do:

Supervise and inspire a team of engineers, ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed to an exceptional standard.
Manage and maintain critical systems, including UPS, HVAC, chillers, pumps, and electrical distribution.
Be the key decision-maker for high-voltage switching and building shutdowns.
Monitor and respond to BMS and PMS alarms, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
Provide technical solutions to complex challenges, ensuring minimal downtime for critical operations.
Oversee contractors, uphold safety standards, and maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities.What We're Looking For:

✔️ Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
✔️ Critical Environment Experience: Proven expertise in data centres, hospitals, or 24/7 operational facilities.
✔️ Skills That Shine: Strong HVAC, electrical, and mechanical plant knowledge, plus experience with BMS/PMS systems.
✔️ Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team under high-pressure conditions.
✔️ High Voltage Authorised Person: Essential for this role.
✔️ Bonus Points: 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
