About the Hubs

You may work in a specialist learning hub, a local library, or even a community centre, bringing much-needed 1:1 support right to the heart of where it’s needed. Whatever the environment, you’ll be at the centre of fostering a positive, encouraging space for learning. Here, every child gets the focus, patience, and guidance they deserve – and you’ll be the one to make that happen.

Training & Induction

Before you start, we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared with a comprehensive week-long induction:

* Office-Based Training to get familiar with our processes.

* Shadowing: Two full days with a Senior Staff Member to see it all in action.
