What are we recruiting for?
We’re looking for a talented and driven Head of Programmatic to lead our growing programmatic team and help shape the future of our rapidly expanding business. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for building data-driven media strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and driving client success across major verticals. This is a rare chance to work with cutting-edge ad technology and analytics while making a direct impact in one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries.
What will you be doing?
* Develop and execute programmatic strategies - Create innovative, data-driven media plans for high-profile clients across multiple verticals, user journeys, and markets. Your strategies will drive performance across display, native, online video, connected TV, and more.
* Lead campaign setup and management - Oversee the entire lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from ad trafficking and generating tags to implementing tracking macros and ensuring flawless quality assurance across browsers and platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work closely with media buying, marketing, and data teams to ensure accurate reporting, campaign optimisation, and smooth delivery. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate strategies and performance results effectively.
* Maintain brand safety and compliance - Ensure top-tier brand safety for all clients by managing whitelisting, blacklisting, and adhering to regulations, especially in the gambling industry.
* Troubleshoot technical issues - Quickly address ad tech, tracking, and customer journey issues to ensure seamless conversion paths and minimal campaign disruption.
* Lead industry innovation - Stay ahead of emerging trends, industry challenges, and competitor developments. Use these insights to drive continuous improvement and push innovation within the programmatic space.
* Drive client success - Support the sales team in onboarding new clients, manage pilot programmatic tests, and ensure campaigns meet performance goals, delivering real results and fostering long-term client relationships.
* Optimise campaign performance - Analyse large datasets and implement actionable insights that boost campaign performance, acquisition, and retention, driving success for both clients and the business.
What will you bring to the party?
* 3+ years in programmatic roles, with ideally 1+ year in gambling, fintech, or crypto
* Expertise in tools like Google Tag Manager, CDPs, DMPs, and MMPs
* Proven experience managing teams and driving client success.
* Strong understanding of ad tech, analytics, and industry trends.
