We are partnering with a fantastic school in Bristol to recruit a high-quality candidate for the Autism Support Assistant role, available to start ASAP.

The Role:
As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team of specialists to ensure students can reach their full potential and are supported throughout their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining a positive and consistent classroom environment
Leading engaging activities tailored to students' needs
Following individual care plans for each student
Providing one-on-one and group support to students with autism
Helping with the development of social and emotional skills
Assisting with the management of any challenging behaviours
Encouraging student participation in class and school activitiesThe school is looking for an enthusiastic Autism Support Assistant on a full-time basis, with full training provided to ensure you succeed in the role.
