Our client is seeking an efficient and proactive Onboarding Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to start immediately and grow within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and identify candidates for various roles.

CV searching

Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates for a strong organisational fit.

Engage in headhunting activities to attract top talent.

Handle recruitment-related calls and candidate inquiries.

Perform compliance checks to ensure candidates meet regulatory standards.

Effectively utilise internal and external recruitment systems.

Collaborate with the On boarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Manage and organise documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Strong communication and numeracy skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong planning and prioritisation abilities to manage competing demands.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Efficient time management skills to ensure timely task completion.

Collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
