A new Business Development Manager is required for a global property FM company.

This is a BDM role focussing on new business in order to grow an already sizeable business.

This post has a strong focus on Hard Services. Experience of this will be essential to any application.

General new business per annum targets will be approximately £2m and there is a substantial bonus on any new business brought in.

Ideally you will come from a proven and experienced Facilities Management background.

The sectors within this business unit are quite varied with lots of exciting existing contracts, as well as continuous opportunities within the wider business as well as globally.

This post will be covering areas the East of Leeds. So ideally you will be located in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or nearby.

This role is interviewing now and is ready to appoint and start ahead of the Christmas period
