This is an excellent opportunity to work in a purpose-built Monitoring Operations Facility based in Cowley.
The role Involves actioning alarms and panic alarms, escalating issues, and will involve some complaint handling.
Successful candidates must be able to work 12 hour shifts four times a week.
History of call handling and experience in the security industry is advantageous.
Shift pattern:
* 06:00am - 18:00pm and 18:00pm - 06:00am
* Monday to Sunday - Four on, four off.
Overtime available
* Great customer service, telephone skills, written communication and computer competency is essential for this fast paced and dynamic role with huge scope to develop quickly alongside a growing business.
Due to the nature of the business and the regulations in place applicants NEED to be over 18 and have a FULL education/employment history.
Successful applicants will need to be employer vetted and Police record checked.
