About the Role

Position: Primary Teacher (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2)
Location: Margate, Kent
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (with the potential for extension or permanent placement)
Salary: MPS (Main Pay Scale) – competitive and commensurate with experience

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced or newly qualified primary teacher with a commitment to providing high-quality education and a desire to inspire and engage young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the national curriculum in an engaging and creative way
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Assess and monitor student progress, supporting all learners to achieve their potential
Work closely with support staff, other teachers, and leadership to meet the diverse needs of students

Skills & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – required
Experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (flexibility to discuss year group preferences)
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, collaborative approach to teaching
Dedication to personal and professional growth
