Our client, located in Winsford, is a prominent player in the manufacturing industry and a valued member of a multinational group. They are currently seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role will encompass responsibility for reactive breakdowns, planned maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Benefits

* Salary of £43,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday shift from 8 am to 5 pm.

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Troubleshooting and repairing production machines.
* Installing new equipment and systems, ensuring top-notch safety and performance standards.
* Performing preventative maintenance to enhance efficiency and equipment lifespan.
* Participating in projects for continuous improvement in production efficiency.
* Maintaining and updating equipment documentation, including schedules and records.
* Ensuring equipment operates within safety and performance standards through regular inspections.
Required Experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical skills.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering.
