Red Recruitment is recruiting a Reservations Sales Executive in Clifton, Bristol to join our client who provides accommodation to those looking for a mix of both a boutique hotel feel with the freedom and flexibility of serviced apartments.

This is a great opportunity for those with previous customer service experience particularly in a customer-facing role. The salary for this position is £25,100 per annum and increases to £26,100 after 4 months.

Salary: £25,100 per annum
Salary rises to £26,100 after 4 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 8pm and 1 in 6 weekends, 9am - 5.30pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Clifton, Bristol
Annual bonus of up to 10%
Quarterly bonus
22 days annual leave (with the option to purchase up to 5 more)

Social and friendly office environmentKey Responsibilities of a Reservations Sales Executive:

Providing consistent outstanding and delightful guest booking experiences
Taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and commercial KPIs
Answering telephone, emails and chats, resolving any issues in a professional manner
Handling reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner
Identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary contact, improving policies and processes
Maintaining accurate records of all communications within the relevant databasesKey Skills and Experience of a Reservations Sales Executive:

Ideally, you will have sales and customer service skills
You should have good people management skills
Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role ideally in hospitality is preferred
You should be able to use your own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication is required
