Fairmead are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Site Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of site logistics on a long-term project in Camden Town. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing logistics operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will play an integral role in ensuring that the site operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

* Develop and implement logistics plans to manage the delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and resources.

* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.

* Manage vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and site access to minimise disruption and optimise traffic flow.

* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing challenges proactively.

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient waste management and recycling practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Extensive experience in logistics and site management within the construction industry, ideally on complex, large-scale projects.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
