Structural Engineer

Our client is an established, yet young and dynamic structural engineering practice in the heart of Bristol who work on a diverse range of high-end residential, private domestic and some commercial schemes.

Due to an exciting period of continued growth and project wins, they are looking to bring on board a motivated and ambitious Structural Engineer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Running your own projects from initial concept through to completion
Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and other consultants
Attending site visits and meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
Working collaboratively with the team and contributing to project design and coordination
Developing detailed designs and calculations
Working towards Chartered status (ICE or IStructE)

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field (MEng or BEng)
At least 2-3 years of experience in structural engineering
Experience in high-end residential or private domestic projects is desirable
Proficiency in Revit (or a willingness to learn)
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to take on more responsibility
Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to work towards chartership
A passion for creating high-quality, innovative designs
