An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join the Durhamm Tees Care team.

Prior care experience and coordination experience is highly desirable for this role.

A care coordinator will arrange care workers to be in the right place at the right time. It is important our customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. A supportive and calm manner together with excellent organisational and communication skills are vital for this important role in our company.

The main aspect of the role will be to ensure care calls are recorded and allocated correctly on the systems and that care workers are appropriately allocated to customers so that care is delivered on time, safely and in line with customers wishes (as agreed in their care and support plan). There's a lot of thinking ahead in this role so being proactive is a must - aligning care schedules along with customer schedules requires some problem solving skills.

As a coordinator there may be times were you are required to work in the field in an emergency situation so williningness to do hands on care is a must.
