Social Care Assistant / Support Worker
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire, HU9 1DN
Salary: £11.65 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Contract: Permanent – 35, 28, and 21-hour per week contracts available
Shifts: Day, night, and weekend shifts available. Please note, day shift workers are expected to cover some night and weekend shifts.

What We’re Offering:
We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Social Care Assistants / Support Workers.
With vacancies in East Hull and West Hull, we offer a variety of contracts to fit your lifestyle and we’re happy to discuss flexible options with you.
As a Social Care Assistant / Support Worker, you’ll provide vital support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This includes emotional, behavioural, physical, and social challenges, and often a combination of these.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering compassionate, skilled care to clients.
* Acting as a Key Worker, coordinating and updating care plans.
* Communicating with families, friends, and relatives.
* Administering or supervising medication.
* Assisting with household tasks and day-to-day activities.
* Empowering clients to make personal choices and achieve their goals.
* Supporting clients on holidays and ensuring they enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals.
You’ll work a mix of early, late, and night shifts on a rotational basis.
