Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a Manual Machinist – Miller for a Precision Engineering firm based in Redditch. Our client manufactures high quality components for various sectors.

Manual Machinist – Miller - The Role:

Setting and Operating Manual Milling Machines.
Producing high quality components.
Loading and unloading of parts.
Manual Inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers and callipers.
Client offers an ongoing commitment to training and career development.

Ideally located for Transport links.

Manual Machinist – Miller - Skill Requirements:

Experience in Setting and Operating Manual Milling Machines.
Experience with Bridgeport Machines (Desirable)
Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings.
Experience with machining of exotic materials beneficial.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Apprentice trained (preferable).
