About The Role

Managed daily banking functions, including reconciliations and cheque preparation, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
Supported bill processing and handled ledger queries for internal stakeholders, improving efficiency in client account management.
Assisted with annual Solicitors Accounts Rules audit, contributing to compliance and successful audit outcomes.
Collaborated in the preparation of monthly accounts pack and participated in the annual audit process for office accounts.
Maintained petty cash, credit card transactions, and creditors ledger, ensuring up-to-date financial records and accurate reporting. About You

AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified, or qualified by experience.
Experience of working within a busy accounts team.
Proficiency in using Excel.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
