This RE Teacher post will be full time and long term, with scope to go permanent.

If appointed as an RE Teacher, you will be required to teach KS3 to KS5 classes.

The rates of pay for this RE Teacher position will range from £160 to £290 a day, depending on each applicants qualifications and experience.

The School

A very large 11 - 18 Comprehensive School located in Greenwich and founded in 1971, with just under 2000 pupils.

There are over 80 languages spoken by staff and pupils.

They have an Olympic legacy sports set up in the gymnasium and dojo, as well as a shared use sports centre.

A new building opened in 2011, providing new resources and equipment.

The school holds a Artsmark Platinum and 4 PTI Awards.

During their last inspection, Ofsted noted that the pupils display good behaviour. They are always ready to learn and are polite, caring of others and friendly.

Requirements

You are encouraged to apply if you are a recently qualified RE Teacher or experienced RE Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained RE Teacher or overseas trained RE Teacher.

Right to work in the UK
UK QTS or overseas equivalent
Clear and updated Enhanced DBS
