Job Profile

As a Property Valuer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, ensuring top-quality service in valuations and marketing. You’ll play a vital role in generating new instructions for properties to market, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring properties meet all necessary health and safety standards. With a focus on growth and customer satisfaction, this role offers a perfect balance between sales and client relations.

Duties

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with property vendors

* Generate new and repeat business opportunities

* Conduct property valuations and gain new instructions

* Market properties to buyers using effective marketing techniques

* Prepare property brochures with photos and descriptions

* Upsell additional products and services

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

* Canvass local areas and manage targeted marketing

Skills & Experience

* Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)

* Estate agent experience, ready for the next step in your career

* Strong team player with leadership potential

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own time

* Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications

* High attention to detail and organisation

Hours of Work

* Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

* Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
