My client, a successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy is seeking an ambitious and experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join their busy team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Role & Responsibilities
As a Chartered Structural Engineer, you will:

Lead and manage structural engineering projects involving masonry, groundworks, and temporary works.
Produce detailed structural designs and calculations adhering to relevant codes and standards.
Conduct site visits to inspect works and provide technical support during construction.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to deliver projects efficiently.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the team's technical capabilities.About You
To succeed in this Chartered Structural Engineering role, you should have:

A Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE or MICE).
A minimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering, preferably within a consulting environment.
Proficiency in structural design and analysis software.
A strong background in masonry structures, groundworks, and temporary works.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to project management and a keen eye for detail.Salary and Benefits:
