About the Role:

As a DT Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of Design Technology classes, including:

Preparing and maintaining tools, equipment, and materials for lessons.
Assisting teaching staff with practical demonstrations and activities.
Ensuring that all equipment is safely stored and maintained.
Helping students understand the safe use of machinery and tools.
Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a DT Technician, or in a similar technical/engineering role.
Knowledge of Design Technology disciplines, such as woodworking, metalworking, CAD, or electronics.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
An enhanced DBS check (we can help you obtain one if needed).
