Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.

Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs.

Parental Engagement: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support students' development and well-being, holding regular parent-teacher conferences.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school events, and promote a cohesive school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education.

Prior experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A genuine passion for primary education, creativity, and adaptability.

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
