Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to work with a diverse range of clients based within the Kent area.

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your needs.

Hours of Work: Part-Time and Full-Time Hours available

Rate of Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their personal goals.
Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor and report any changes in client's health and well-being.
Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are followed and updated as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.Requirements:

Must have a current DBS check.
Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
A compassionate and patient approach to care.
Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
