Career Teachers are looking for an experienced SEMH Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the students lives.

Position: SEMH Teacher
Location: Enfield
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement strategies to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Work collaboratively with other staff members.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.
Strong understanding of strategies and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
