What You Will Do:

Collaborate closely with the Production Engineer to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the Plastics Factory Operations.
Conduct thorough reviews of all current processes to pinpoint automation opportunities, leveraging new technology.
Generate and maintain an Engineering Database, including Bill of Materials, Layouts, and Routings.
Support Factory and Warehouse Operations in upholding 5S standards, including completing monthly audits and coordinating improvements.
Participate actively in Lean initiatives, running internal workshops to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons, and Work Instructions, focusing on NPI & Scrap Reduction.
What You Will Bring:
