Salary: £12.83 - £13 per hour

Can you plan and supervise fun and educational activities to support their development?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming, local nursery based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire who are looking for a passionate and caring nursery assistant to support them on a part time basis (3/4 days per week). The working hours are 8am – 6pm and will run Monday to Thursday.

The successful applicant will be supporting children with their daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime. They will plan and lead age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

Level 2/3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years (preferred)
Previous experience working in a nursery (required)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for working with young children and making a difference in their lives
Experience in personal care (feeding babies and changing nappies)
Knowledge of safeguarding
Driving License (preferred)
