The Maintenance Planner role is a key position within our engineering and manufacturing department, responsible for ensuring smooth industrial operations by effectively planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Description

Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities
Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution of tasks
Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements
Develop and maintain key performance indicators for the maintenance function
Assist with the budgeting process for the department
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliersProfile

A successful Maintenance Planner should have:

Relevant qualifications in Engineering or a related field
Experience with CMMS, SAP or Shire
Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingJob Offer
