£45,000 - £50,000 + Commission + Company Car + Flexible working days + Progression

Are you a results-driven Key Account Manager with a background in the fire and security industry, looking for an exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commission while driving growth for a dynamic and expanding business? Do you want the freedom to work Hybrid and have every other Friday off?

As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the Midlands, building long-term client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. You'll be expected to develop a strong sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and site surveys, present tailored fire and security solutions.

This role is ideal for a Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar with a strong background in relationship management and business development, ideally within the fire and security sector.

The Role

Manage and Upsell Key Accounts, Develop relationships with existing clients
New Business Development, Proactively generate leads, conduct meetings with potential clients
Travel & Client Engagement, Cover a range of territories across the Midlands
The Person

Background in Account Management or Sales
Knowledge of the Fire and Security industry
Commutable to Birmingham with full UK license
