As a Process Technologist, you will:

* Implement new product and process designs into manufacturing.

* Lead scale-up processes, ensuring smooth product launches.

* Optimise product and process designs for efficiency and quality from the outset.

* Enhance specifications and operating instructions to support consistent and efficient production.

* Identify and implement new technologies and equipment to improve processes and product quality.

* Provide technical support and problem-solving at both factory and customer sites.

* Conduct root cause analyses to resolve manufacturing issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on solutions.

* Support the team through training and education initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in the food and beverage industry in a similar role.

* A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology or relevant work experience.

* Strong knowledge of food or beverage production processes.

* The ability to take initiative and work independently.

* A track record of successful project leadership and creative problem-solving.

* Strong business acumen to evaluate the feasibility and ROI of projects.

* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.

* A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

* Proficiency in basic PC tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

* Expertise in root cause analysis with the ability to implement effective solutions.
